Event memories stay scattered across phones, messaging groups, and temporary links. Grappil offers a simple meeting point to gather, organize, and export them.

The problem Grappil solves

A wedding brings together 80 to 150 guests on average, each with their own phone. The photos they take — often the most genuine, taken in the moment, far from the official photographer's lens — almost always end up in the same place: a WhatsApp group, where every send gets recompressed and loses its original quality. Many are never shared at all, forgotten in a phone's camera roll.

Organizers, for their part, have neither the time nor the tool to collect them one by one after the day. The result: memories that exist, but that no one ever sees again.

How it works

Organizers create their collection in a few minutes and receive a QR code to display on the tables or share online. Each guest scans it and uploads their photos and videos directly from their browser — no app to install, no account to create. Files are kept in original quality (HD, 4K, RAW included) and hosted in France, on servers located in the European Union.

On the organizer's side, the collection space centralizes in real time everything guests upload: photos, videos, and a live wall during the reception. All the files can then be downloaded at once, in an archive ready to sort, without going through each phone individually.

What sets Grappil apart

Unlike a messaging group or a typical shared gallery, Grappil never compresses uploaded files and never asks guests to create an account. The service is aimed at organizers themselves — couples, companies, agencies — rather than professional photographers alone: it's a complement to the photo coverage, designed to capture every view of the day.

The free plan lets organizers try the collection with no commitment. Paid plans extend retention up to a year and remove storage limits, giving organizers time to sort and download all the memories guests uploaded.

Vision

Grappil is designed as a simple product for organizers, including event professionals. The ambition is to become the reflex for collecting memories from an event — wedding, seminar, party — never dependent on an app to install or an account for guests to create.
