How does the Grappil photo QR code work?
You create a collection and print its QR code. Each guest scans it with their phone camera: an upload page opens in the browser, with no app and no account. They pick their photos and videos, which reach your collection as the original files. The Free plan accepts up to 250 GB per collection.

How much does a Grappil wedding photo QR code cost?add
Creating the QR code and collecting are free up to 250 GB per collection, with 30 days of retention and downloads in standard quality (1600 px). The Event plan, a one-time €49 payment, unlocks original-quality downloads, 500 GB and 12 months of retention.
Do guests need to install an app?add
No. The QR code opens an upload page in the phone's browser, on iPhone and Android alike. Guests have no app to install and no account to create.
Are photos and videos compressed?add
No. Each file is kept exactly as it was sent, including 4K videos and HEIC or RAW photos depending on the device. Unlike a WhatsApp group, nothing is recompressed on upload.
Does the same QR code work for the audio guestbook?add
Yes. The same QR code opens both the photo and video upload and the audio guestbook, where guests record a voice message.
